Opis

I own this property & have been cleaning up trash & other debris that others are dumping here. The problem is that I can't get Rizzo to pick it up. They have skipped me for the last 2 yard waste pick-ups. I have called repeatedly & was told to wait for the next service day and "hope they pick it up". Now other people are dumping very large branches here, because it looks as though I don't mind it sitting there. BUT I DO. I pay the city for waste collection but Rizzp won't take it. Help!
