Crime rate is so high and so is the price of all the cameras that cover 90%, so then why do so many street crimes go unsolved? Is the focus on traffic tickets ? how many running yellow light tickets before we pay off those cameras. Once theyr paid for do you think they could be used to catch career criminals? Just an idea.
