A loud, constant noise pervades the library. It sounds like a worn-out bearing but I am told it comes from the audio system. It has existed since January 2015.
Repeated requests to have it fixed have not resulted in any improvement.
The noise interferes with patrons' enjoyment of the library.
How can a new South Huntsville library be afforded if the present facilities cannot be maintained?
