213 Broadway what's going on with this house work stopped for a while now. Its an eyesore portable toilet in driveway hasn't been moved or clean ed in over a month causing a terrible smell on hot summer days. Please help fine owners or contractor

Thanks Who ever is the contractor is they haven't been there in like 8 weeks now.that toilet in front in driveway hasn't been moved or clean ed
