Let's start by filing this issue under noise ordinance issues. There's been a daily routine of this house using Mini ATV's on the street. Grown men riding kid sized ATVs and hearing them rip up and down the street especially at the end of the day and into the evenings. Second concern, Saftey! These neighbors will weave in and out of pedestrians walking with strollers and dogs. Even saw the same quad testing its top speed on Main Street. No helmets, no lights, and it was 845 at night! So tired of risking my life every time I'd like to take a walk on my street. They're treating Bossi/Morgan like a race track. So it's hard to tell from the blur in the photo, but this is a picture of the quad, again a rather large guy riding in front with his legs on the front fenders, and a girl riding on the back, and again the blur is from them topping out at about 40mph. Last year same house had mini dirt bikes now it's quads! They have 2. Sick of this *^%#! Sorry can help but add more, I'm sure they're considered non-street legal vehicles that do not have tags. Big green house with tons of parked cars in the driveway, yard, street, and where ever else they'll fit, or not fit.
