Description

There is a 6-8" wide sinkhole forming in the crosswalk on the south side of the intersection of 13th and Spring, NW. The hole is small, but a few feet deep. It is much wider inside, and filled with water. The asphalt above is starting to cave in. It is a hazard for pedestrians now, but will also continue to get larger.
