Agree with original poster. Everyone in the neighborhood is upset about this lot. Every time it rains hard or it snows, the bamboo falls across the middle of the road. Once or twice a year the bamboo knocks down the utility wires and we all lose electricity for a period of time. For whatever reason, the owner refuses his/her responsibilities, and it harms the rest of us.
