Two part issue: Trash bags outside of City of Raleigh trash containers in vicinity of Trawick Road and Herndon Oaks Way.

These trash bags have been on the sidewalk for more than one week. This is not the first complaint against these town homes for improper handling of garbage and throwaway items. Picture enclosed.

Second issue is cast off furniture in parking lot adjacent to Trawick Road. This entertainment center has been positioned there for more than a week.

The debris is an inviting target for pranksters wanting to create a bit of mischief by scattering it or worse.

These two issues have the potential of encouraging more of the same and detract from the appearance and value of our neighborhood.

Please address accordingly.
