Attached picture taken just now, 8/5. A second barrel and a steel plate were added 2-3 weeks ago. No change other than that.

I'm sorry. I thought that our contract had already done this portion of the road. They will be doing it by the end of the month.

I walked by the pothole last night and noticed the steel plate has shifted. It is only making contact on two sides of the hole.
