For the past 25 years, the town, county and state have gone back and forth trying to resolve this issue, including a realignment of the Sussex turnpike, West Hanover Avenue and Brookside Rd. intersection. 25 years of accomplishing zilch. Meanwhile the lot on the SE corner still sits vacant, untouched through that whole time. The time has long since passed where we could wait for this to be fixed... it needs resolution, now, before more houses are built to the West of Mt. Freedom. Get Wawa to buy the lot on the SE corner, put in one of their outlets, and pay for the realignment. We'd get a ratable, a fix to this mess, and great coffee.

This is a very dangerous intersection. Always see accidents and even bicyclist get hit by cars... very un safe this intersections needs to be re done for safety reasons.
