What is Oakland doing? Start enforcing some kind of laws to the people doing this. The homeless should not be an exception to the laws of the city. They do this because the city lets them. Unsanitary and unacceptable. PW needs to go to the regular spots a few times a week and clean up. Sympathy for these folks is over. They know exactly what they r doing .

Drove past there this morning, and I'm pretty sure I saw a guy peeing in the park. Not to mention the endless stream of overfilled stolen shopping carts walking down the middle of Peralta, right by the busy onramp to 580. It's a traffic hazard! Alliance needs to make sure their customers respect their neighborhood!

I see guys peeing in the park everyday. I see private parts everyday.
