Porta-potties fermenting outside in the hot Oakland summer sun. They've been fouling up the area for 5 days now. Please remove them immediately, they are unsanitary filled with human waste festering in the sun. The parade was Friday, the is no reason they should be disrupting my business 5 days later, this is insane.
