Landlord has faked fixing the problems in this house. He is demeaning and rude, pretending the tenants are the ones wrong. Outside place looks great, inside its a mess! Huge leak from roof comes in bathroom over toilet. Started coming in the walls of bedroom due to a redirected leak. Light in bathroom flickers or won't turn on at times. Paint peeling off wall in bedroom, plus brown streaks. The water leak has even moved to the floor and you can see stains on carpet now. All the landlord dies is paint over stuff.
