Does this look weird to you too?

Living in the area of this property, I can attest to the validly of the above statement regarding 61 Warwick Street. The results of the above behavior has left the neighbors and community wondering how long and how many calls will it take to get some relief. The landlord and the police have been contacted many times. Within the last two weeks the police have been at this property on three occasions. It's amazing how a visit from the police will bring about a few days of change....the driveway is like a morgue! Then it's right back to the same of stuff. The dumpster is another issue...it sits right at the entrance to the driveway and what an ugly sight, Many times the trash never makes it into the dumpster so its all over the neighborhood and this is what greats homeowners and visitors to our neighborhood. The resolution is a larger dumpster......and fix the collapsing drive over the storm drain so the dumpster can be relocated to the back of the property where it has been for years. The large trash pile seems to be getting smaller....could be the fuel for the nightly fires....

The collapsing drain in the driveway of 61 Warrick Street has been repaired. Mattress has been removed. There is still the issue with the dumpster at the entrance to the driveway. This should have been moved months ago. The in and out traffic has slowed somewhat. Foot traffic and kids on bicycles (some with backpacks) has increased.
