Since they started redoing the curb in May, this light has been automatically cycling regardless of traffic, when it used to rest in green for Penn until traffic was detected on Prince. I noticed this at around 1:00 am when the area was almost completely dead. In the evening, cars occasionally back up on Penn waiting for this “phantom traffic” to clear. This light needs to be changed back to the traffic sensor mode as soon as possible.
