We are faced with the SAME issue with the store/property owners on the 6700 Oxford Ave long the side of Montour Street and the driveway behind 6700 Oxford. Each owner blames it on the next and none want to clean behind their propety, trash, old leaves, broken and heavy glass a total eye sore and unsafe conditions.
