Ongoing issue.

This morning, overflowing trash bins are blocking the sidewalk on Mortson Street (where building's driveway is). Trash is strewn everywhere. YESTERDAY was trash collection day, so either the DPW didn't deal with this or (more likely) the tenants are putting their trash curbside whenever they feel like it. This is disgusting.
