In the morning, walking north on the sidewalk on the east side of Field, when trying to cross Federal St, good luck getting across with the constant flow of cars travelling too fast, turning right onto Federal St. Police- stop this nonsense. How about some enforcement? This is reckless driving plane and simple. Its rampant.
