Deskripsyon

The pick-up truck plow they sent Wednesday hit two cars on the way up the street (the driver was speeding) so he never finished. The plow was only half down so it never hit the blacktop and only packed down snow making it worse (and of course hit two cars). Since this incident we have yet to see any help at all.
