Road bed needs to be replaced / repaved from Lincoln to Coolidge. Major pieces of roadway is missing. This picture is on 2700 block of Harold and just a few of the major pieces of missing roadway. We need this fixed ASAP. This roadway is one of our city's highest travel residential roads and needs to make Oakland shine to people shopping and visiting on town on the sunny side of the bay.
