Description

The property is located BETWEEN 15343 and 15357 Monica. The prior squatters vacated the premises leaving approximately 25-30 cats inside. The front yard has garbage, bar booths, chairs, tires, etc. I have contacted the Environmental Department with no success. In fact, the property at 15343 Monica, was wrongfully ticketed. We are in the process of resolving the ticket issue but the issue of the property still stands. The stench eluding from the home is horrendous. We are getting no where from any department of the City.
