An "Order to Abate the Nuisance" (i.e. trash & debris) has been sent to the property owner of record.
A recent re-inspection has revealed that the "trash and debris" had not yet been cleaned up. I have given the property owner a more than sufficient amount of time to deal with this issue.
Therefore, a monetary fine has been sent to the property owner for failure to abate the nuisance (i.e trash and debris).
