You will have to provide a firm address before Codes and Building Safety can make the inspeciton. If you do not know the corect address you can call Property Standards at 615-862-6590 and speak with one of the staff that can assist you in pinning down the exact locaiton.
In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request as Click Fix is NOT the official site to submit and review such requests to the Department of Codes & Building Safety. Turn left on Old Due West, travel about three hundred yards,
Then see the garbage I speak of on the right.
I thought a map, showing specifics went with the email I sent!!
