I moved to Forest Ave roughly 5 years ago. The house at 1339 W. Oak Street has been under major consruction for that entire time. It is a DISGRACE. There is demonlition/construction material all over the yard, a beat up old RV in the yard, and boarded up windows. Occassionally, a lone worker will come out on weekends to do a little bit of work. Again, it is a major disgrace on an otherwise beautiful neighborhood. Please call Code enforcement to fix it-610-270-0441.
