Description
From Hogan road to broadway there are eleven traffic lights. This seems excessive. Instead of a light for the mall and another at Chili's and Home Depot, why can't the two be incoroperated in to one and ease congestion at each light.

Most of the lights in this town are useless, all they do is stack traffic and then you can never thin it out, it is funny during the time changes when the lights blink an extra hour in the morning how flowing the traffic all is. Developers and controllers need to spend time in europe where they let the traffic flow and use rotorys...
