4/2/2012 - Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. Currently after looking into this matter, there has been no official program detected in effect that caters to spraying for mosquitoes. 4/3/2012 - Thanks for your communication with the City of Richmond government. This type request is too vague and too broad to process online and this particular request probably should have been reported directly to Richmond Customer Care at 804-646-7000. Probing needs to take place for information such as was there digging here in the recent past, is water stagnate or running, is pool in alley, on sidewalk, on street, at curb, on a driveway; is pool near a drain inlet; questions of this nature.
