Are you serious? Please read the complaint. It clearly states "adjacent to the property." The gutter is blocked. Stand at the intersection of Prince George and New Kent and look up the hill facing south. The gutter is being blocked. The gutter needs to be cleared. Lately an issue is reported and either the issue is ignored or not completed satisfactorily and we have to contact our city council representative to take care of the issue. The problem is obvious and not difficult to solve. Please fix the issue without any more delay.
