The lamp flickers on and off all through the night. It no sooner clicks on and then it flickers off. This happens all night long. This can not be safe.

Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
