Street is filled with potholes. Needs to be completely repaired. One cannot travel on the residental street without hitting at least five potholes, while trying to avoid the other hundred or so.

Thank You for contacting the DPW&P. We have forwarded this information to our Street Division for inspection and repair of the potholes. A work order number has been issued #1354369.
Requesting that an entire street be repaved requires filing a petition form with the City Councils office. I have attached the form above. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number on the form.
