Description

Inadequate concrete pouring at the gutter end of a pedestrian cutout at SE corner of birch and franklin has contributed to multiple complaints of difficulties in using wheeled accessibility devices. Road grading and storm drain placement is already inadequate for proper drainage at that corner, and this hole has made the issue worse. Please fix; it's the right thing to do.
