House on the northewest corner of the intersection has shrubs that are overgrown and impeded visibilility for southbound motorists on Jewell attempting to cross 24 Mile. It's a severe safety issue prior to 6 am because light is still blinking at that point. Homeowner needs to trim shrubs in accordance with township ordinances.
