Sapphite: I sent to PSO Belote, and his 'boss', Sgt. Keely; if it's stolen, OPD will be there quickly to remove (in case there's evidence of having been stolen/used to commit crime/dumped) :-)

Had to call the non-emergency number (777-3333) to have the car removed. Does anyone acknowledge the Parking Enforcement items here?
