There is the same situation on Orange St + Lawrence St. Orange St has a blinking yellow light, which many ignore and go speeding down Orange at 30 mph, while Lawrence St has a STOP sign, which means wait till your turn. But the people on Lawrence assume that it is a 4 way stop and whoever gets there first has the right of way.. BOOM! surprise as the Lawrence St people don't see the car speeding down Orange St until too late. I've been telling them for years, as there are frequent crashes there,, to no avail. Even the police put those cones in other intersections to warn cars about pedestrians, but none at this intersection. What needs to be done there is to put one of those electronic speed readers to make Orange St people slow down.
