Just an addition to your petty complaint, if this ridiculous "issue" is that much of a problem for you, wouldn't you confront the victim you are pointing your finger at to address the problem first before blatantly blasting your neighbor on the Internet? And if this "problem" still went unresolved to your liking, then maybe pursuing further action by posting a complaint online would make your personal annoyance at least little
more reasonable? Do you really have nothing better to do than to grow some and confront the issue directly with the neighbor that seems to be so bothersome to you like a well-respected and mature adult? Or is this simply just another way to try and post blame on others for unrelated issues rather than accepting the fact that certain behaviors are a result of those who choose to do these behaviors through no decisions or influences of their own. I think it's time for a reality check here and finally accept the fact that certain problems people may have are a direct result of one's own choices and decisions. So rather than going around pointing fingers are trying to cast blame on others for such things that clearly only seem problematic to no one but yourself, maybe you should start worrying about more important issues in life- whether personal, in your community, or in society in general. Because I'm pretty sure there are way more important things to be worrying about around you besides "loud noise during all hours of the day/night." (which deem to be untrue after extensive research). It's time to wake up and act like a respectable adult starting with actual real problems- perhaps those involving your personal life would be the best place to start. Not so great to be put on blast on the Internet for petty issues now, is it? Maybe next time, you should think about more important things going on in the world that need to be resolved.
