this bin continues to sit out on the sidewalk. It is attracting homeless people nightly. I'm tired of waking up at night to the sounds of people going through it. Please do something about this!!

Not taken care of. I just snapped this photo, it's still there. Homeless people have been taking trash out of this bin and putting it in our empty bins after trash night. This is a problem, please do something, going on three weeks now.
