Description

Drug sale just took place on Lexington Ave in front of DCI near Grand Ave. The buyer was driving a "Vinny The Taper" contractor mini van, white male, late forties, grayish hair. Seller driving a small silver compact car, 2 door, I didn't get a good look at it.
