It's called County Road 38 (aka Nortrh Sea Rd) which runs north and south from North Sea Mecox Road up to Noyack Road. The road is littered with potholes and serious breaks in the road line inside the driving lane. This is very dangerous to both drivers, motorcyclists, bike riders and walkers.
