The renters at 1620 Bainbridge have either moved out or cleaned out the house and left piles of trash along South Smedley Street. The trash pile spans 15 feet down the block. Trash day is Tuesday and the trash has been out since Sunday morning. This trash is not in bags and will blow down the street and is already spilling out. The owner of this building needs to be held responsible. This trash needs to be brought in and they should be fined.
