Thanks. I'm in the Somerville Auxiliary Police. While on patrol duty several weeks ago a resident (I believe at this address) told us this moped has been here untouched since October. I suggested she report it to 311. She said she had and someone came out and took the VIN (there is no registration sticker on it). But nothing happened. I didn't think to use the Commonwealth Connect app until last week. The moped has a lot of rust on the front brake disk rotor and other places. I understand the process, but it doesn't appear this has been moved in quite a while. Thanks again.
