Deskripsyon

There is a sump pump pipe openly spewing water across the sidewalk and into the street. The side yard is continuously muddy. It is an eyesore at the entrance to our neighborhood. Poor property values are not being helped by this mess.

This issue was reported this past winter (but was archived) and the homeowner was supposed to take care of it "in the spring". The ground has not been frozen for three months and it should have been taken care of by now.
