There are many cars that use this outside lane as a race track to see how many cars they can cut off. People this saves you no time at all, when we all meet at the next traffic light anyway; however this is what causes accidents. People should get a ticket for not using their turn single, because this at least shows that the person intends to merge and does not surprise everyone in the process. God bless.

Right on about turn singles. It is against the law to make a turn or lane change without a signal. When drivers are using cell pnones and smoking at the same time they can't use a turn signal, heck they can't even turn the wheel. Then there is the driver who feels their above others and just switch lanes at will and cut people off.
Yes more tickets.
