Re: REF# 13821918. Attached please find a photo of the dog that was left on the roof of this house for over 2.5 hours. She is standing on the second story roof over the entryway. No one was home and the door into the home on the balcony was closed. It looked like a storm was coming and we did not know how she might react to lightening and thunder. Thank you.
