Field assessment performed 06/02/15 by C. Norton, City of Winston-Salem Stormwater Division. Observed 4' x 4' concrete top storm drain inlet between 331 & 325 Water Lily Cir. Not sure if this is same inlet or not. However, Storm Drainage Systems installed by the developer of the subdivision that are on private property (individual property owners or HOA owned) are not maintained by the City of Winston Salem, but are the responsibility of the property owners to maintain, repair, replace, etc. The City only maintains portions of storm drainage systems that are installed within the public street right-of-way, and dedicated to the city by the developer for future maintenance.
