A. crackheads causing problems hanging in this shack which should be tore down. This is also on property that in not owned by them. Cops have been called several times as well as city council. No one has attempted to take care of this issue. Tonight cops were called due to a supposed assault to a female and still nothing. I would like this shack gone as soon as possible!!!
