This property is a vacant for sale that needs the yard cleaned and mowed. I have called the realtor and left voice mail to have it mowed but no reply or service. People are going in between the triplex and possible drug and prostitution and seem to be accessing the property even though the doors seems locked.
Additionally the lot just across on the North East corner of 4th ave s and 35th street needs mowed while it also appears that someone is squatting there.
The people living in 3450 have dumped their stuff on the curbside just east of the building and it hasn't been cleaned up by sanitation.
