Can you be a little bit more specific on a time of day?

It was around 9:45am-10:00am this morning. This is the second time this light has done this to me. It it seems like the light thinks lots of cars are trying to leave Taco Mac and only 1 car was, but the light stays green for a long time. Thanks for all the help you all are doing getting these lights to work perfect.

They found a pedestrian button was bad. It should be replaced after lunch. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.
