Deskripsyon

Crossing over Halsted at this intersection is very dangerous for both cars and pedestrians. Cars come flying over the hill (north of the intersection). During high traffic times when it seems impossible to cross due to all the cars on Halsted,pedestrians and cars get desperate so they cross by interjecting themselves in front of oncoming traffic.
