The items in the attached photo were dumped on the opposite side of the street after being carried out of the blighted graffitti ridden empty lot across the street, I assume under the direction of this blighted properties owner. When confronted by a neighbor who said " hey this is not a dump" The reply was "well it is now" There are pictures of these cretins, we know who did this. The Property owner should be cited for the misdeeds of the fools he hires no? This pile is growing now thanks to these morons.
