There are no junk, rubbish and refuse issues on this property. The owner is working with Zoning to be able to use the fence panels to put around the pool. If you have further concerns please contact the Zoning Administrator at 641-421-3626, Thank you!

The junk, rubbish and refuse shown in the photo above taken on May 22, 2015 have been removed.The lawn furniture, children's toys, barbecue, RV etc. are allowed. What is remaining are fence panels, swimming pool and items related to swimming pool. As I said previously, the residents are working with zoning to determine how they can put their swimming pool on that property.
