Unfortunately the owner again is not keeping up with the front lawn lawn, over grown. As well as a huge amount of construction trash piled 5feet high in yard. I'm happy the shell was done-but that's it in over one year. It is an eyesore to all neighbors coming out on back decks and front from street. It looks trashy and the garbage in back is way to high-this has brought many unwanted pests and I believe is a hazard to have so much trash. Can someone go there, and give the new property owner the clear information on maintaining a home in Kearny. This has been close to 4 years!!!--since the fire. It is not fair to the surrounding neighbors. Thank you for your time--PLEASE ADDRESS, it is embarrassing to have anyone over.
